Directions To Our Model Home

	West on US 136 out of Macomb through towns of Colchester and Tennessee to the IL route 61 junction.
	Turn left (South) onto Il -61 to Colmar.
	In Colmar, turn left at the grain elevator, cross the RR tracks, turn left (North) after crossing tracks and road becomes 450th.
	Follow 450th approx. 1 1/2 miles to Labrador Rd.
	Turn left (North) onto Labrador Road. (Labrador becomes 275th St).
	Our model home is the second house on the left.

Pictures of Our Home Under Construction Our model home is a modified Alpine.  Built on top of a hill overlooking a scenic creek bottom, it features a prow front wall of glass to bring in the view, a full walkout basement, a country porch and wrap around deck.  A loft overlooking the greatroom features two shed dormers for added space utilization.  Our home is currently under construction and we will post photos as we build.  Check back often and follow our progress or call us and we will be happy to set up a time to show you our home and answer any questions that you may have.
